Drive Impactful Customer Experiences as a User Experience Designer Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology organization to identify an experienced User Experience Designer to support complex internal platforms that enable operational expansion and strategic growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape customer and internal user experiences within a space that is continuing to mature its design and research practice. You will champion customer needs, challenge assumptions rooted in technical or operational constraints, and help cross-functional teams align on scalable, user-centered solutions. This is a highly collaborative, influence-driven role requiring strong communication, systems thinking, and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. About the Role: As a User Experience Designer, you will translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine complex workflows, define experience direction, and deliver high-quality interaction designs for internal systems and enterprise tools. This role requires someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders, and pushing teams to make informed decisions grounded in user needs and feasibility.
