Aquent is partnering with a leading global CPG beverage company, recognized for its portfolio of iconic brands and commitment to innovation, cultural relevance, and growth. This organization operates at scale across global markets and continues to shape how brands show up in culture. We're seeking a Lead Content Creator, Social to serve as a senior creative and hands-on maker within the company's in-house social agency. This is a highly impactful role for a social-native creative who thrives at the intersection of culture, content, and speed. You will play a central role in shaping how well-known beverage brands engage across social platforms-delivering content that is platform-first, culturally fluent, and built to perform in real time. Key Responsibilities
Social-First Concepting
- Develop platform-native creative ideas designed specifically for social
- Create concepts that are timely, culturally relevant, and conversation-driven
- Translate trends and insights into scroll-stopping content
Hands-On Creative Execution
- Lead the creation of short-form video, social series, and reactive content
- Execute across formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
- Act as both strategist and maker, bringing ideas to life quickly and effectively
Creator & Influencer Collaboration
- Partner with creators and influencers to develop content that feels authentic and engaging
- Guide creative direction while maintaining brand alignment
- Support content ideation, scripting, and execution with external talent
Platform Expertise & Craft
- Leverage deep understanding of platform behaviors, algorithms, and audience consumption habits
- Ensure all content is optimized for performance, shareability, and engagement
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, and tools
Creative Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior creatives, freelancers, and content creators
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate creative quality and output
- Help set the standard for best-in-class social content
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-5 years of experience in social content creation, digital creative, or agency environments
- Proven ability to concept and execute social-first content across platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, culturally relevant campaigns, and real-time content
- Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with a strong sense of timing, tone, and audience
- Experience collaborating with creators/influencers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time content environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with CPG or beverage brands
- Background in in-house creative studios or social agencies
- Familiarity with performance metrics and content optimization strategies
