About the role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a core member of the Atlanta marketing team, supporting property marketing, business development, digital communications, and content strategy. You will collaborate closely with brokers, researchers, and fellow marketers to produce highquality deliverables that maintain our brand standards and showcase Colliers' expertise in the market.

You enjoy writing, content creation, and design - and you know how to bring data, visuals, and narrative together to tell compelling stories. You thrive in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects with excellent attention to detail.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, edit, and manage original marketing content, including case studies, brochures, proposals, email campaigns, and business presentations.

  • Write and format content that communicates market insights, brokerage expertise, and business value.

  • Develop and maintain website content and team pages for Colliers Atlanta.

  • Create, schedule, and track social media content for brokers, teams, and campaigns; partner with digital leads to optimize performance.

  • Support the development, editing, and distribution of thought leadership and market reports.

  • Produce highquality property marketing materials, including flyers, offering memoranda, presentations, and digital collateral.

  • Provide project management support throughout the marketing process - from pitch to closing.

  • Maintain file, asset, and image libraries to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and easy access.

  • Work closely with brokers, marketing teammates, and research professionals to translate project requirements into creative solutions.

  • Participate in team meetings, regional initiatives, and bestpractice sharing across Colliers' Southeast marketing and research network.

  • Stay current on competitor marketing trends, tools, and platforms to help enhance Colliers' positioning and capabilities.

  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent design, tone, and quality across all deliverables

  • Review clientfacing materials for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Colliers' brand guidelines.

What you bring:

  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or content creation experience (commercial real estate experience is a plus).

  • Strong writing and editing skills for communications, digital content, business development materials, and thought leadership.

  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (required) and working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator.

  • Experience with social media content creation and management (Hootsuite preferred).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc., a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Creative design sensibility and comfort working within brand and style guidelines.
