This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.As an Industrial Engineer for Blue Origin's satellite manufacturing programs, you will be at the forefront of creating a factory of the future. You will serve as the technical authority for factory flow, layout optimization, capacity modeling, and New Product Introduction (NPI). This role is foundational to establishing a world class production system capable of building satellite constellations that will connect the planet and support Blue Origin's mission of benefiting Earth. We are seeking an engineer who can blend systems level thinking with a hands-on, practical approach to problem solving. You will be responsible for translating product designs and rate targets into a physical and operational reality. This is a unique opportunity to design a production system from the ground up, implementing lean principles and advanced manufacturing concepts to build a key strategic capability for Blue.
