Responsibilities The Executive Director has responsibility for managing the overall operations of the designated business unit(s) and for the implementation and execution of the business strategy through the operations and expansion of the program which includes P&L responsibility. This individual will develop a deep understanding of the Newport Healthcare program model to include its overall mission and values and will be responsible for carrying those elements forward through all touchpoints of the business.
Qualifications
Compensation for this role ranges from $142,245 - $173,855 per year depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
