Your Opportunity: Taymark, a Taylor Company, is looking for an Order Picker to join our team! In this role, you will collect items from our warehouse to fulfill customer orders, ensuring the correct products and quantities are accurately picked and prepared for packing and shipping.

Work Authorization: To beconsidered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of picking customer orders

• Perform quality checks

• Verify stock availability and stock shelves

• Repackage orders

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Maintain related order records

Your Shift:

• 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday with overtime as needed

You Must Have:

• Ability to use a ring scanner

• Ability to read, count accurately, and perform simple math

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Self-motivated and able to multi task

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Experience in Pick/Packing or general warehousing

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
