Job Summary:
This position will lead and oversee facilitation operations for psychedelic-assisted clinical trials, ensuring high-quality, protocol-adherent participant support across preparation, dosing, and integration sessions. The role is responsible for upholding facilitation standards, training and mentoring facilitators and study staff, and providing day-to-day leadership for facilitation activities. This position will contribute to continuous improvement of facilitation workflows, operating procedures, and session environments; support participant safety and data integrity through fidelity monitoring and quality oversight; and serve as a liaison between the facilitation team and study leadership. In addition, this role includes supervisory responsibilities, operational coordination, and active participation in protocol-defined research activities, assessments, and documentation. Compensation:The starting salary for the position is $100,000; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications:
