What We DoCurative position in an environment requiring focus, with speed and accuracy for reviewing and curing Title Requirements. Along with providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do Reviewing legal documents from prepared title commitments to resolve requirements for title clearance for closing Communication with internal and external customers on refinance and purchase transactions to obtain information for title clearance Responsible for monitoring a pipeline of files, keeping attention to detail and providing detailed notes until title clearance What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in an escrow related field Texas escrow experience preferred, but not necessary Customer service skills Problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of MS Office suite Excellent verbal/written communication skills Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times Strong detail orientation Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, Remote This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
