As a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance & Control within our North American Power Grid - Transformer (PGTR) team at South Boston location, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the materials and components that drive our energy solutions. How you'll make an impact Lead supplier quality initiatives using FMEA and risk-based approaches. Partner with suppliers to implement and maintain robust process controls. Drive resolution of supplier nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Execute PPAP processes to ensure consistent part quality. Conduct supplier audits and manage receiving inspections. Monitor and report supplier performance and field concerns. Support continuous improvement and supplier development efforts. Represent supplier perspectives in cross-functional teams. Your Background Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline. 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality. Experience with transformer systems or related technologies is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, or similar.
