We're currently seeking an HRIS (Workday) Analyst who will primarily support Workday Time and Absence configuration, reporting, and/or integrations. You will work on the HRIS team and collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure that Maricopa County employees have the necessary tools and resources to serve our residents across the nation's fourth-largest county. This position requires demonstrated experience serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams on Workday projects. This includes gathering requirements, communicating potential impacts and outcomes to stakeholders, configuration, documenting information to technical and non-technical users, and working cross-functionally in support of Workday projects.
