Pay Details The Trump Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This is the targeted range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience as it relates to the position qualifications and responsibilities. Job Description Supervises, organizes and coordinates payroll, scheduling and other administrative support for the usher staff. Provides oversight of ushers, doormen, hall attendants, coat room attendants, ushers' desk supervisors, lounge ushers, ALD desk ushers and special events ushers. In all areas of responsibility, the Coordinator will ensure a high degree of customer service and will incorporate various approaches to meeting needs of a widely diverse staff, demonstrating patience, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities with available resources. The Coordinator has frequent interaction with Kennedy Center colleagues as well as members of the general public and must be highly effective in interpersonal communications and in responding to potential problems with tact and diplomacy. The work week for this position is Tues-Sat, 10 AM - 6:30 PM. Must be able to work odd hours including evenings, weekends, occasional holidays and occasional work beyond a 40-hour week.
