As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing visible support to employees and visitors. This driving post involves conducting routine patrols and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
• Assist in controlling access to the location and verify identification as required by site policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by adhering to all company and client policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
