Job Overview:

Male General Role Players (GRPs) support Close Quarters Combat (CQC) training events by delivering realistic Opposing Force (OPFOR) performance aligned with established scenario objectives. Role players contribute to immersive, safe, and effective training evolutions by portraying armed or unarmed individuals as required.

This role is a 1099 independent contractor position and is not eligible for employee benefits. Services will be performed during the following period of performance:

  • Dates: 19 - 25 February 2026
  • Work Schedule: 1000 - 1500 daily
  • Duration: 4 training days
  • Total Hours: Approximately 20 hours

Work hours and dates are fixed based on Government training requirements and are subject to mission schedule adjustments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver realistic OPFOR performance in accordance with CQC scenario objectives.
  • Perform assigned armed or unarmed role-play positions during training evolutions.
  • Strictly adhere to scenario parameters and training safety protocols.
  • Refrain from direct engagement, questioning, or conversation with mission personnel outside of active role-play scenarios.
  • Follow all instructions provided by Scenario Managers (SMs) and Assistant Scenario Managers (ASMs).
Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Ability to take direction and execute specific scenario instructions from SMs and ASMs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and understand instructions in English to avoid safety miscommunications.
  • Basic knowledge and proficiency in small arms handling and simulated firing safety.
  • Physically capable of: Climbing up to ten (10) flights of stairs, running and repeatedly laying down and taking cover as required during scenarios.
