Responsibilities:

Ensures the quality and safe delivery of home health services.

Completes assessments that are timely, and appropriate of physical, mental, psychological/social (behavioral), functional, financial, treatment, resource, and spiritual needs of patients.

The Shift Requirement for this role is two (2) shifts in a four (4) week block

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Nursing required.
New Mexico RN License required.

BLS Required at time of Hire
Must have current valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Minimum 1 year in direct patient care setting or home healthcare preferred
