We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Principal of Digital Marketing & Integration Leader to lead the integration and harmonization of our digital marketing practices across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless brand and operational integration across platforms, teams, and processes. The Digital Marketing and Integration Leader will be responsible for helping to shape the future of the digital experience at Waters. They will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and executing on cross-functional initiatives that will transform Waters.com and other Waters digital experience. The ideal candidate will be an individual who thrives in ambiguity and is able to operate independently. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing integration strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs via clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
This is a Hybrid role based out of Milford, MA 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) Qualifications
