This is what it takes to work for us.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating stand-up, sit-down forklifts, lift trucks, and reach trucks.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Experience withSAP PR3 and/or SAP PR4strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lead by example.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure 24-hour shipping goals are achieved.
• Lead shift start-up meetings to review prior day performance, outline daily goals, address safety topics, employee concerns, workload balancing, individual performance tracking, and stretching.
• Perform and support receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and trailer/container loading.
• Oversee RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) operations and administer the cycle count program.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and customer service, including preparing truckloads and scheduling carrier pickups.
• Monitor inbound and in-transit reports and schedule delivery appointments.
• Bill all outbound orders and create Bills of Lading (BOL) for drivers.
• Prepare monthly "Walk the Dock" reports and other operational reports for distribution management.
