The Marketing M&A Integration Operations Sr. Manager plays a key role in making those acquisitions successful - supporting both the planning that happens during due diligence and the execution of marketing integrations after close. This role bridges strategy and execution. You'll coordinate marketing integration activities across functions, manage program timelines and budgets, and ensure that new acquisitions are set up for long-term growth through rigorous diligence. It's a highly visible position that combines operational management, program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in how Salesforce's Marketing organization plans for and integrates new acquisitions - from diligence through post-close execution. Working closely with Marketing teams, Corporate Development, and cross-functional partners, you'll help assess new companies before acquisition, plan how they'll integrate into Salesforce, and operationalize the work that makes those plans real. This role blends operational management, program leadership, and strategic execution. You'll bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams, and ensure each integration advances Salesforce's broader marketing and business objectives. This role is hybrid and will work out of the Salesforce office in Indianapolis, Chicago or Bellevue three days a week. Key Responsibilities
