  • Champion diversity of thought and inclusive design, ensuring our experiences resonate across global audiences.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in design and creative leadership, with significant tenure in experiential and event-focused creative roles.

  • 10+ years leading large creative teams, agencies, or studios with global scope.

  • A world-class portfolio that demonstrates breakthrough experiential design, branding, and storytelling across events, environments, and campaigns.

  • Proven success partnering with C-suite and senior executives to influence strategy and bring bold creative visions to life.

  • Expertise in building and scaling creative systems, guidelines, and operational models that support global delivery at scale.

  • Deep experience with brand expression across multiple mediums: events, environments, digital, film, and interactive.
