Salesforce Strategic Events produces world-class experiences including Dreamforce, Connections, TrailblazerDX, Tableau Conference and global World Tours. The Web Experience Management (WEM) team is responsible for building, updating and maintaining event websites that support attendee engagement and deliver clear, accurate and accessible digital experiences.

The Event Web Producer, Sr Coordinator supports day-to-day web content publishing, page updates and routine site maintenance. This role is hands-on in the CMS and responsible for building pages, updating assets, performing quality checks and ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility and UX standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and eager to grow technical and operational skills in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:

Web Publishing and Page Management

  • Update and publish website content including copy, images, links and assets using CMS templates and components.

  • Build or modify pages under the guidance of senior WEM team members.

  • Ensure all published content meets brand, accessibility and formatting standards.

  • Support updates for landing pages, promotional banners and campaign-driven web changes.

Quality Assurance and Site Maintenance

  • Conduct routine site QA to identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues and content inaccuracies.

  • Review pages for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser quality.

  • Maintain content calendars, publishing trackers and documentation for web workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with copywriters, designers, marketers and event teams to assemble pages and prepare content for publishing.

  • Coordinate with developers to report bugs, participate in testing and support minor troubleshooting.

  • Communicate status, blockers and needs clearly with stakeholders.

Technical and Operational Support

  • Apply basic HTML and CSS to resolve formatting issues and ensure clean, semantically correct markup.

  • Assist with analytics checks, A/B test setup and performance reporting when requested.

  • Support continuous improvements to the CMS and publishing processes.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in web content management, digital marketing or CMS operations (internships included).

  • Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms and experience using page builders.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies.

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.

  • Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and template adjustments.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to support multiple priorities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in developing skills in SEO, accessibility, and A/B testing tools.

The typical base salary range for this position is $73,900 - $111,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $88,800 - $122,100 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
