The estimated base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $130,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Solutions, the Integration Developer serves as a strategic partner to business and technical teams, driving the definition, analysis, and delivery of technology solutions that improve organizational performance. This role will design and maintain enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft, while also overseeing and nurturing relationships with technology and commercial partners to ensure smooth onboarding, collaboration, and business message flows.

What You'll Do

  • API and Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft-based APIs and integration solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate specifications into secure MuleSoft implementations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with technical and business support teams to activate partner opportunities and respond to partner needs.
  • CI/CD and Deployment Management: Build, deploy, and support solutions using CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
  • Integration Patterns and Architecture: Implement integration patterns: request-reply, publish/subscribe, routing, and transformations.
  • Performance Optimization and Testing: Optimize API performance, conduct mUnit testing, and maintain integration documentation.
  • Security and Governance Compliance: Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
  • Partner Onboarding and Enablement: Oversee onboarding, setup, and technical enablement for B2B partners using Anypoint Partner Manager.
  • Message Flow Configuration and Monitoring: Monitor message flows between internal systems and partner systems.
  • Partner Performance and Relationship Management: Track partner performance, analyze collaboration data, manage operational relationships, resolve integration issues, and drive mutual business goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain compliant documentation of APIs and partner activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5+ years of IT experience, with 1-3 years MuleSoft development and experience in partner/client-facing roles.
  • Hands-on use of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Studio, CloudHub, and Partner Manager.
  • Familiarity with EDI, B2B messaging, DataWeave, mUnit, REST/SOAP services, SFTP/TLS/OAuth.
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows and source control (Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, integrations, data flows, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Prior AnyPoint Partner Manager background preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce technologies.
