Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate an aptitude for and dedication to medical education, including direct teaching of medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty. Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with experience and achievements. Generous benefits package and pension plan afforded by the University of California system. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200-$344,400. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. UCSF Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences has a total salary plan that uses National benchmarking standards to set salaries by subspecialty.
