Body Shop Operations Supervisor - Delivering Quality, Safety, and Customer Confidence at Pasha Automotive Services
The Pasha Group, a trusted leader in transportation and logistics for over 75 years, is seeking an experienced Body Shop Operations Supervisor to oversee body shop services for assigned customer accounts within Pasha Automotive Services. Lead Precision-Driven Body Shop Operations
In this role, you'll coordinate administrative staff and production labor to ensure body shop repairs and services are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll translate customer requirements into disciplined execution, apply metrics-driven continuous improvement, and maintain strong controls across production, safety, quality, and billing.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Daily Body Shop Supervision: Schedule, monitor, and supervise work assignments, productivity, and quality across repairs, inspections, quality control, and direct customer communication.
  • Estimating & Reporting: Prepare body shop estimates; promptly report additional costs, materials, or parts required; maintain accurate warranty, repair, and campaign documentation.
  • Quality & Damage Prevention: Provide damage reports to assembly and processing teams to minimize terminal-wide damages and improve quality outcomes.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce safety as standard operating behavior and ensure compliance with OSHA, APCD, EPA, and hazardous materials requirements.
  • Process Excellence: Execute SOPs within the Pasha Operating System and apply LEAN Manufacturing principles to improve quality, productivity, and revenue.
  • Audit Readiness: Prepare for and participate in ISO and customer audits; conduct inspections to ensure readiness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Maintain quality and efficiency targets; post daily results; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • People Leadership: Conduct time studies and operational reviews; provide data-driven coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective action to employees.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Parts, Labor, Safety, Training, Client Services, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Data Integrity & Billing Support: Perform audits, data entry, and reporting to ensure accurate metrics and trends; work with accounting to ensure complete, timely billing and reconcile month-end tooling and labor usage.
What You Bring
  • Education: Associate degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in a body shop environment
    • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
    • Automotive vehicle processing experience preferred
  • Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of body shop operations, environmental regulations (APCD/EPA), and hazardous materials handling and documentation.
  • Operational Strength: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, analyze data, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Certifications: Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record and a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Zone 2: Starting rate $78,000; up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates
