As an Armed Patrol Officer serving a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter inappropriate activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings within a financial institution environment and report any unusual or suspicious activity promptly.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a courteous and professional manner while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of activities, incidents, and/or observations during the shift.
• Carry and maintain control of an assigned firearm in accordance with Allied Universal policies, following all applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
