Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Lathrop, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or security-related incidents. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel or management.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required, and helping to maintain an orderly flow of personnel and visitors.
• Follow post orders and directives provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changes in procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
