As a Security Officer - Logistics Entry Control in Mabelvale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and controlling access to designated areas. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and permissions for entry and exit.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and personnel with security-related procedures and information.
• Carry out site-specific security-related policies and procedures, adapting to the needs of a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with on-site personnel and first responders.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
