If you're reliable, coachable, and ready to learn, this role can set you up for long-term success. *What You'll Do* * Assist technicians and team leads in building out data center infrastructure * *Install cable trays and pathways* * *Pull cable and fiber*, learn color codes * *Punch down and terminate fiber* * *Build server racks* * *Work in a construction environment* following blueprints and safety standards *What We're Looking For* * Willingness to *relocate* (Altoona, IA 1 of 3 Options) * Experience with *Cat5/Cat6 cabling*, fiber installation, or general telecom work * Comfortable using *hand tools* * *Construction experience is a plus* * *Reliable, punctual, and a team player* * *Comfortable with heights and working in a large-scale data center environment* *Work Schedule* * Monday-Friday, *core hours 7 AM-7 PM* * *Overtime possible: 10-12 hour days, up to 6 days/week* if needed *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a *high-profile Meta project* * *Gain hands-on experience* in structured cabling and fiber optics * *Room for growth and promotion* within the company * Work in a *2.5 million sq. ft. data center*-a unique opportunity to learn at scale *Ready to take the next step?* *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altoona, IA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
