About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional, empathetic support to patients, clients, and internal teams. This role involves answering incoming calls, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll collaborate with team members on the customer service floor and may have direct patient contact for orthotic fittings, including post-mastectomy and diabetic footwear fittings. Location: Onsite (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service. * Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. * Maintain detailed records in internal systems. * Communicate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. * Perform sales order entry and data entry tasks. * Assist with product assembly, inventory management, and stocking. * Understand insurance verification processes. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or administrative support. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). * Highly dependable with excellent organizational abilities. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. * Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
