Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Intermediate Level \| On-Site Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for one of our clients. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows-based environment, as well as occasional support for security cameras, servers, and network switches. Key Responsibilities: * Provide desktop support for staff, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. * Support Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11) and Microsoft Office/O365 applications. * Perform imaging, deployment, and maintenance of desktop hardware. * Troubleshoot and repair printers, phones, and peripheral devices. * Assist with server support, network connectivity, and cabling tasks. * Provide support for security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control. * Document all support activities in a ticketing system. * Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary. Required Qualifications: * Valid driver's license. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in physically demanding positions. * Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. * Enthusiasm and passion for IT support with a willingness to learn and ask for help when needed. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Active Directory administration. * Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems. * Knowledge of imaging software and deployment processes. * Experience with network troubleshooting, cabling, and low-voltage systems. * Support experience with mobile devices (iOS, Android). Experience Level: * Intermediate - suitable for candidates with prior desktop support experience in enterprise or complex environments. Benefits: * Full benefits package included. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sandy Hook, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
