About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. * Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution. * Process orders, schedule appointments, and update customer records accurately. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. * Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information. * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. * Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
