Manages, coordinates and administers information pertaining to the company's corporate entities/subsidiaries and organizational structure. Develops and manages processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state and local statutes, regulations and rules.

Essential Functions

  • Manages, coordinates and administers information pertaining to the company's corporate entities/subsidiaries and organizational structure.
  • Develops and manages processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local statutes, regulations and rules.
  • Prepares, executes, and files regulatory filings and corporate documentation. Compiles, organizes, analyzes, and maintains company and subsidiary database and minute books.
  • Develops and administers a program for dissemination of corporate and subsidiary information through FedEx companies worldwide.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) or more years professional experience in a corporate environment with exposure to finance, securities, corporate law, and tax.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

Demonstrated analytical ability, judgment, initiative, and administrative skills must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or direction, work well under pressure and with deadlines, and be a team player. Strong organizational and communications skills and precise attention to detail required. Solid technical/pc and research skills. High level of confidentiality required.

Preferred Qualifications: *Manages, coordinates and administers information pertaining to the Board and committee meetings. *Assists with preparation of corporate documents and SEC filings under attorney supervision.
