How You Will Make History Here...

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst you'll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence by managing the entire order life cycle-from creation through delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, service metrics, and supply chain efficiency, helping Campbell's maintain strong relationships and deliver on its promises.

What You'll Do...
  • Manage the order life cycle, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, lead times, special pack requirements, and inventory availability.
  • Build and maintain accurate account profiles.
  • Communicate with customers to track orders, troubleshoot issues, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution to resolve service issues and discrepancies.
  • Analyze and improve key service metrics such as order fill, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fill.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance, including on-time delivery and compliance.
  • Research root causes for reliability failures and support corrective action plans.
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Service Team and perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
  • Identify and elevate cost-saving opportunities related to case pick, pallet ordering, and network optimization.
Who You Will Work With...
  • Internal Teams: Customer Supply Chain Manager, Sales Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation, Warehousing, and other cross-functional business units.
  • External Stakeholders: Assigned customers and their buyers, distribution centers, and logistics partners.
What You'll Bring to the Table (Must Have)...
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience.
  • 1-2 years in Customer Service with emphasis on Order Management and Transportation.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a high-volume consumer products environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., SAP, MicroStrategy).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data manipulation and insights.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
It Would Be Great If You Have (Nice to Have)...
  • Experience with EDI order entry and CRP accounts.
  • Familiarity with supply chain scorecards and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of incentive pricing, allocation restrictions, and promotional planning.
  • Previous exposure to transportation systems and logistics optimization.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$41,000-$59,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
