Responsibilities Peraton is hiring a Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer on our team you will directly support the planning and management for SIGINT Support to Over-the-Horizon-Targeting (OTHT) Systems. The ideal candidate would be a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert. You will assist the customer with developing and managing governance processes and managing relationships with the services, second party partners, and other IC entities. You will lead design initiatives and system reviews and perform duties associated with lifecycle maintenance of an agile software program. You will develop artifacts and write reports for senior leadership, the IC, and Partner community. You will brief architecture, milestones, and capabilities to senior leadership, steering committees, and technical review boards. They will work with developers and integrators to create software development and deployment processes and practices. #AJCM Qualifications Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 20 years of general systems engineering experience, a Master's degree or PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 18 years of general systems engineering experience, or a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 24 years of general systems.

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
