Who Are We? What You'll do: Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in UiPath implementation, automation strategy, and RPA solution delivery. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring that automation opportunities are well-defined, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading end-to-end automation initiatives using UiPath and excels at requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
