On behalf of NIQ, the world's leading consumer intelligence company, we are seeking a talented and experiencedHead of Salesto lead all revenue-generating activities within the MRI Simmons organization to ensure quarterly and annual revenue and profitability objectives are achieved. This role reports to NIQ's Global Media Leader and includes responsibility for go-to-market strategy, new business development, renewals, pricing, marketing, commercial talent, product positioning, and customer support, with the goal of maximizing revenue and driving business growth through effective sales leadership and governance.

As theHead of Salesof MRIS, you will lead a team of 20+ quota carrying sales leaders focusing on the media, agency and branded advertiser client base. You will also lead the 20+ member customer success team, supporting active clients in utilizing MRIS solutions.

Objectives:

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan
  • Manage the MRIS sales team to drive business growth across our customer segments (agency, media and brand)
  • Share responsibility with the marketing department to drive in-bound interest, deliver an MQL pipeline and drive product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Buildconnectionto NIQ sales operations and enablement team to modernize the MRIS sales processes and organization.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline, lead generation (MQLs, SQLs) and improve the forecasting, predictability and revenue performance of the commercial team through timely and consistent governance, accountability, team/seller transparency, and reporting through CRM metrics and analysis.
  • Evaluate and create team structure to optimize net new client acquisition and growth as well as 90+% client renewal/retention and drive upsell of current client base.
  • Drive cross-selling between MRIS and NIQ client organization todrive netnew client acquisition among the brandvertical.
  • Meet or beat quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring pricing delivers upon the 49% EBITDA target for the MRIS business.
  • Deliver at current strong renewal level of 90+% to minimize clientchurn.
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, marketing and operations on messaging, pricing strategies and business models for achieving revenue goals.
  • Lead and guide the commercial team with passion, creativity, curiosity and arm them with the training, resources and support to drive a growth mindset and a positive, engaged culture among the team.
  • Lead/participate in key client renewals (top 10 clients).
  • Bring voice-of-customer and competitive perspective to the MRISproduct teamsto support the modernization of our offering, continued competitive advantage and product fit with client needs.
Qualifications
  • 15 or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through sales strategy, positioning, team leadership, product innovation, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
  • Experience in leading a modern commercial organization with strong technical experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and other productivity tools such asSalesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Experience leading a direct sales team, inside/outside sales organizations, and customer success organizations.
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $167,000-$300,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
