As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attention. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observing for any unusual activity and/or individuals, and report as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to relay information and provide assistance as needed.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client requirements.
• Support emergency response activities and participate in drills as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
• An active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required.
• An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
