Our client, a fast-growing healthtech organization, is seeking 2 experienced B2B Marketing Managers for a 20-week maternity leave coverage assignment. These roles sit within a lean Enterprise Marketing team, supporting both commercial marketing and customer marketing functions. The ideal candidates will work cross-functionally to support the development of various deliverables across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and execute B2B marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring strong communication and follow-through.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing content-including digital articles, sales and customer-facing collateral, presentation materials, thought-leadership assets, and mixed-media deliverables in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Gather, synthesize, and draft content from internal SMEs; use AI tools as needed for content development.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to customize or adapt boilerplate content for specific accounts.
  • Support campaign execution, including Salesforce tagging, basic reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate with the events marketing team on timelines, collateral needs, and vendor interactions.
  • Maintain strong pacing and organization across multiple simultaneous projects.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or healthcare.
  • Strong content development and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable interfacing with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams independently and on deadline.
  • Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana is ideal.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) for entering campaign data and running basic reports (preferred).
