Senior Designer, Makeup

The Senior Designer Contractor will play a key role in bringing the company's Marketing campaigns to life through creative execution. Reporting to the Art Director, this position will collaborate closely with teams across Editorial, Visual Merchandising, Content Production, and Marketing to craft and deliver exceptional creative assets. This work will ensure a seamless, best-in-class 360 client experience across retail, digital, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend research and concept development
• Concept sketches and storyboards
• Assisting in development of shoot briefs and post-production briefs
• Digital and print asset development, management, and handoff
• Figma presentation decks
• Figma template development

• 3-5 years of design experience
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design
• Basic digital sketching skills (storyboarding)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficient in Figma
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and disciplines
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas to peers and cross-functional partners
• Passion for the beauty/retail industry and staying current with social media trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
