Job Description

Position Summary:
Level Two: Level Two: Working with minimal supervision, Level two NDT tech is able to setup and execute full NDT inspection processes, which includes equipment checks and basic maintenance and performing full NDT inspection tasks. Level two NDT Tech will be certified internally and externally, and will demonstrate the ability to identify non-conforming product and begin the NCR process (Non-Conforming Report).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
* Adheres to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

* Lift up to 35lbs
* Able to work overtime as needed
* Perform NDT Level 2 tasks as defined in NAS410- 5.1.4 (FPI & MPI)
* Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills:

* The ability to read and write English.
* The ability to perform basic shop math, fractions, decimals...
* The ability to use basic inspection tools such micrometers, calipers, comparators
* The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills
* The ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic prints and dimensions

Experience & Education
* Certification Required
* Typically 2-3 Years
* GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
