The Marketing Intern for Aerosols in Consumer Brands Group (CBG) at Sherwin-Williams will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives for product commercialization, product line maintenance and general marketing support for brands like Krylon, Dupli-Color, VHT, Krylon Industrial, Sprayon, Tri-Flow and Omni-Fill. This includes supporting competitive analysis, label development, and marketing material projects.

  • Lead the Aerosol Label Copy Guide project for all product categories

  • Support product commercialization projects including creating product data sheets, label development, product information submissions and more

  • Assist with pulling pertinent business reports

  • Assist with creating marketing materials like product catalogs, color selector guide, price lists and sell sheets

  • Collaborate with sales, channel, R&D and other business partners across the aerosol segments

  • Assist with competitive analysis work to compile competitive testing and other research into a market assessment

  • Participate in application sessions, creating spray outs and evaluations

  • Proofread data as necessary (examples: catalog, data-heavy brand pieces such as website)

  • Place product and raw material orders (example: product for lab/competitive testing needs)

  • Assist Brand/Customer Marketing on empties/label/comp requests as needed for PLRs, etc.

  • Fulfillment Center maintenance - manage & implement setup/fulfillment of new programs / updated programs

  • Assist with label updates and project tracking

  • Update PIES files for Dupli-Color

Required:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with a strategic mindset
  • Comfort with public speaking and small group collaboration
