  • Reach out to field technicians when clarification is needed.

4. Support Ongoing Data Clean-Up and Information Management (5%)

  • Assist with new data requests, corrections, or updates in Maximo and supporting systems.
  • Help improve data consistency, accuracy, and organization across the Water Division.

What We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you are:

  • A self-starter who enjoys detailed work and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable communicating with technicians, engineers, and office staff.
  • Able to learn new software quickly (Maximo and ESRI GIS experience is a plus).
  • Organized, thorough, and committed to data accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic database concepts.
  • Familiar with SQL and/or GIS is helpful, but not required.

Education & Requirements
