Technical Programs Manager Location: Hampton,NJ,, Alpha, NJ,, RTP, NC,, Phoenix,AZ,, Kingman,AZ,, OR Medford, OR preferred Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Technical Programs Manager to join our team! The Technical Programs Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives that ensure consistent quality, data integrity, and compliance across multiple manufacturing sites in the Electronic Gases organization. This position manages complex technical documentation, data platforms, and process control systems to support customer requirements and strategic business goals. The Technical Programs Manager's work directly impacts customer confidence and operational excellence by aligning internal systems with global standards and expectations.

Implement technology enabled improvements to further strengthen the quality program, ensuring compliance and consistency. * Streamline Workflows: Partner with teams to simplify and optimize Technical Program workflows, reducing unnecessary complexity and focusing efforts on high-value activities. * Statistical & Process Control: Provide world class expertise in statistical tools (Process Control, SQC, SPC) to enhance business performance and ensure robust quality management. * Customer-Facing Packages: Deliver technical documentation and data packages (MSA, TLIMS, SQC/SPC, control limits, PCN, CAPA, shelf-life) to support business growth. * PCS Standards: Define, publish, and communicate Process Control System (PCS) standards across 5 ESG manufacturing sites and new site additions. Provide consultation to other Linde business areas globally. * Data Management & Connectivity: Manage TLIMS SQL platform integrated with MES, ERP, SAP, and metrology systems. * Regional Quality Programs: Lead TLIMS-based quality data management, dashboards, control limit governance, and defect tracking across all ESG products and sites. * Change & Defect Management: Support Ship-to-Control (S2C), PCN qualification, product approval processes, and site-level defect management. * Customer Alignment: Ensure compliance with strategic requirements of major customers. Provide consistent, high-quality data to reinforce trust, protect business reputation, and support business growth. Qualifications
What makes you great: * BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent * Significant experience in the gases industry, with a strong background in semiconductor supply manufacturing. * Proven track record in managing quality assurance systems. * Skilled in analytical software and data management systems to support quality programs. * SQL programming experience (bonus but not required). * Demonstrated adaptability - able to adjust priorities and responsibilities as business needs evolve to keep quality aligned with organizational goals. * Experienced in leading cross-functional, and multi-location teams. * Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures and organizational levels. * Ability to travel as required.
