- POSITION SUMMARY Support Aerospace Security Control Center Operations which act as the communication and response coordination control hub at the Chantilly, VA location. Required: Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI upgrade. Please list Clearance level on resume to be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares a variety of vital reports that ensure the safety and security of all on- site personnel. Performs daily equipment checks of all security equipment in the Security Control Center Monitor computerized intrusion detection and access control system, multiple CCTV cameras, emergency phone line(s), fire, and facility environmental control system. Operate computerized patrol tour and key control systems, radios, automated public address system, and other SCC security-related equipment. Provides, communication support for both routine security events and Serves an informational interface with the public, employees, management, government, and security forces under both normal and emergency. In charge of administering messages to employees using the emergency mass notification system Monitors and provides oversight of all executive transports to and from the Aerospace campus. QUALIFICATIONS Must be U.S. citizen Must have and maintain a Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI upgrade. Shall possess a valid UL2050 alarm monitoring certification Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check Successfully to pass an employment physical Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
