Role Overview

Provide 24-hour clinical and operational leadership for a 40-55 bed long-term care/post-acute unit. Drive quality outcomes, staff development, compliance, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff ? Ensure compliance with CMS, OHCQ, and infection control ? Monitor clinical trends and participate in QAPI ? Support residents and families with empathy and advocacy

Qualifications

• RN license (MD or compact) ? 5+ years nursing experience; 2+ years LTC leadership ? BLS required; BSN, ACLS, IV therapy preferred
