About You


You are a person who loves to administrate (software level) and maintain a core enterprise batch/process schedule! We need someone to thrive when identifying business requirements and solutions related to the support of the specific business areas for implementation and ongoing operational support at the application/batch layer. In the role of IT Operations Automation Administrator II, you'll be responsible for leading the scheduling and administration of the Packaged Software scheduler and participating in process/job schedule design. About The Position



  • Serve as an enterprise core scheduler analyst for Facets application (batch) areas, usage and file structure, and structure of requirements that governs the functionality of the batch system.
  • Plan and serve as a scheduling liaison with technical teams during development, testing and implementation.
  • Analyze batch related outputs for problems or opportunities; formulate possible recommendations and solutions for those problems/opportunities, recommend solutions.
  • Contribute to the completion of projects within the allocated time.
  • Perform analysis of current usage of scheduler Package Software and reports back to audit/technical/business areas regarding improvements in process, schedule efficiency and results.
  • Documentation -- writing system/technical specifications to ensure solution supports functional requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the Scheduler
  • Keeping environments in sync as needed
  • The ability to take requirements from business units and build out a solution that fits all requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.



Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or associate degree
  • 5 years of IT experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of a core enterprise level batch/process scheduler.
  • Some level of Facets application (batch) layer knowledge.
  • Some level of HIPAA Gateway application (batch) layer knowledge.
  • Have a basic understanding of SSMS
  • Basic server maintenance skills a plus.
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to read and modify a variety of scripts.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to read Facets and Custom job output logs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate in writing a summation of a problem clearly and effectively with pertinent details.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Batch/Scheduling nomenclature included but not limited to: Constraints, Dependencies, Successors, Alerts, Events, Variables, Execution Agents, Batch users. Be able to explain the relationship between Active Batch and the remote machines it's executing code on.

Security Requirements

  • All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p CST
Potential weekend and night work in support of Production and/or projects.
