Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Director of Marketing to join our team.

  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

  Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to drive performance and creativity.

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistency across digital, print, and in-branch platforms.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with leadership on annual marketing plans, budgets, and goal setting.

  
  
• 
  

  Direct the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events.

  
  
• 
  

  Manage vendor relationships and co-op fund strategies to maximize ROI.

  
  
• 
  

  Analyze marketing performance data to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure effective execution of promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain alignment of marketing efforts with financial objectives and company standards.

  
  

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

  
  
• 
  

  5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong ability to align marketing strategy with business goals.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficient in campaign analysis, market research, and budget management.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and analytics platforms.

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with co-op fund management and vendor partnerships preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in the electrical distribution industry is a plus.
