GENERAL SUMMARY:

Schedule: Full Time Day Shifts

Location: Novi - Travel to various sites as needed.

We're seeking an experience and motivated leader to oversee daily operations and support our dedicated clinical and administrative staff across our physician practice sites. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving excellence in patient care, team performance and operational efficiency.

Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).

PRINCPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assists with performance evaluations.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
