DESCRIPTION: Under the general direction of the Director, Physician Partnerships, for Henry Ford Health (HFH), the primary responsibility of this role is to focus on non-employed physicians and partners to build and maintain relationships with Community Specialists, Henry Ford Medical Group, and Community PCPs to improve communication, resolve access issues, and identify process improvements. This includes enhancing the quality, continuity of care, patient experience, and improving operating procedures, which will increase physician utilization for the Health System. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, Marketing, or another related field - required. Minimum five (5) years of experience in healthcare with progressive growth in responsibilities. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and people skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
