Could you be the full-time onsite CARP Material Control in Dallas, TX, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and warehouse management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless delivery of goods at the right time and place, contributing directly to the success of the CARP project schedule. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (suppliers, warehouse staff, and project managers), maintain accurate inventory records, and resolve supply chain challenges to keep operations running smoothly, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Expressing delivery needs to suppliers and animating the Supplier's delivery performances. ,



  • Creating Material Planning documents and communicating them to suppliers. ,



  • Following up on Suppliers' confirmations and analyzing them against Alstom's needs to evaluate risks/impacts on production/projects. ,



  • Analyzing and managing MRP exception messages to anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand, etc.). ,



  • Maintaining delivery dates in ERP and tracking missing parts until stock availability. ,



  • Resolving receiving issues such as overstock, shortages, damages, and documentation discrepancies. ,



  • Ensuring non-conformities replacement. ,



  • Coordinating and preparing documentation for disposal of decommissioned equipment, and transporting disposed equipment to assigned locations. ,



  • Submitting and tracking purchase orders with approved vendors. ,



  • Keeping clear and clean records of warehouse logistics.

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. ,



  • Experience or understanding of material control processes, including inventory management and warehouse operations. ,



  • Knowledge of ERP systems and material planning tools. ,



  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse environments. ,



  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ,



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ,



  • Ability to analyze and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply chain challenges. ,



  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain an Airport SIDA badge in compliance with TSA regulations. ,



  • Resilience and adaptability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including all three shifts if necessary. ,



  • Leadership abilities to train and guide storekeepers effectively.
