As a Security Professional - Financial Lobby Desk Operations in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will focus on monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner while maintaining access control procedures at the front desk of a financial institution.
• Monitor and authorize entry and exit of individuals to help to deter unauthorized access or activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals with directions, information, and/or security-related inquiries at the location.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, following established protocols and maintaining a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Document security-related incidents, visitor logs, and other relevant reports as required by client and Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and management regarding security-related matters, concerns, or observations.
• Support emergency response activities and/or drills as directed, serving as a point of contact at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
