We're looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality systems and ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards in a high-precision CNC machining environment.

What You'll Do
  • Own and maintain AS9100 & NADCAP certifications.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.
  • Analyze defect data, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide quality training and mentor team members.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements as Quality representative - leading audits
  • Experience with metalworking processes (NDT, heat treat).
  • Skilled in SPC, problem-solving tools, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline preferred OR relevant experience/certificate to replace Bachelor
  • Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance and related compliance requirements in the Aerospace industry.
  • Experience in metal working processes like NDT and heat treating.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and risk management techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of AS 9100 and NADCAP system requirements and
  • how to satisfy those requirements through the development of internal quality systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of SPC, statistical problem-solving techniques and other quality improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively provide overall direction of Quality Assurance.
  • Strong communications and leadership skills needed to support and/or direct
  • both internal and external customers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $125,100 to $187,700 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
